To perfume a green tea the best are lemon and peach, for coffee or hot chocolate: just pour a little dose of syrup vanilla, chocolate, caramel or hazelnut and the best of their aromas will be revealed to you. Orgeat is also a very good option in hot chocolate and for those

who love the taste of mint and chocolate we advise to try in it the ice mint syrup. If you have some time, you can even whip very cold liquid cream in Chantilly cream with syrup to give it the taste of your choice and finally add it on top of your coffee / hot chocolate.

Regarding cocktails, there is simply no limit. Here you will find some inspiration but it is up to your imagination to create new mix, so get your shaker ready!

RECIPES Ideas

  • Tequila sunrise

    Ingredients (for 4 people):
    • 4cl of tequila
    • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
    • 15cl of fresh-squeezed orange juice
    • 2cl of grenadine syrup
    Preparation:

    Make the recipe "Tequila Sunrise" directly in the glass.

    Pour tequila over ice cubes in the glass.

    Fill with orange juice and stir.

    Gently pour the grenadine into the glass so that it falls to the bottom. Then give a helping spoon to refine the gradient if necessary.

    Serve in a glass type "tumbler".

    Smoothie mint grenadine

    For the kids, a cocktail Tropical based on milk will always be a pleasure, for one glass:
    • 10cl of milk
    • 2cl of mint syrup
    • 2cl of grenadine syrup
    Preparation:

    Mix everything with a shaker and serve it.

    Iced tea with lemon

    Ingredients:
    • 6 to 8 coffee spoons of green or white tea for 80cl
    • up to 1L of water (or 2 to 3 tea bags)
    • CITROR Lemon syrup
    Preparation:

    Infuse your tea in water at room temperature; in this way your tea will keep all its vitamins and its taste will be softens.

    Mix well the tea in the water and leave it to infuse minimum one hour, maximum four hours. Taste from time to time to get the strength of your tea at your convenience.

    When the infusion is satisfactory: filter, add some CITROR Lemon syrup according to your taste and finally place your tea in the fridge.

    Drink it with crushed ice if you want it very refreshing and within 24 hours (green tea quickly oxidizes).

    Hot Chocolate with hazelnut

    Ingredients:
    • 80 grams of dark chocolate
    • 1/2 liter of semi-skimmed milk
    • 10 cl of cream
    • 20 cl of hazelnut syrup
    • Sugar if necessary
    • Some whipped cream
    Preparation:

    Melt slowly the dark chocolate in the milk.

    Add the cream, the hazelnut syrup and the sugar depending on your taste.

    Decorate with some whipped cream and chocolate chips (which can easily be done with a vegetable peeler).

    Mojito

    A nice way to spend the evening is to sip a Mojito, recommended quantities to prepare a glass: Ingredients:
    • 6cl of rum
    • 3cl of lime juice
    • 2cl of cane sugar syrup
    • Sparkling water
    • Some fresh mint leaves
    Preparation:

    Add crushed ice to the top of the glass and pour sparkling water.
